Focus on Boomers

In today’s Wall Street Journal, Personal Journal section there is an article on a new search engine specifically for the over 50 group. The site is called Cranky, and it’s creator is a Boston area company, Eons. There is a video of Jeff Taylor, the CEO, talking about what Eons is attempting to accomplish. You can sign up for free with the only caveat being you are over 50; I qualify. So, I signed up and will spend some time finding out what they are all about.

I tend to think that someone over 50 doesn’t necessarily need an age relevant search engine, but maybe they’ll change my mind as I use the site more. I am also interested in the other services and capabilities the Eon site provides.

Stay tuned…
